The mail app keeps bringing itself to front randomly on its own. If the app is completely closed (quit out) it won't open on its own, but if i just close the window or hide it, eventually it makes itself visible once more. It seems to happen more so when I'm waking the mac from sleep. i have a comcast, iCloud, and 2 gmail accounts signed into mail currently. I feel like it might be caused by one or both of the gmail accounts but i don't know what setting might be causing it to happen....
Mail Keeps Crashing on macOS 10.14. This issue often results when there is something wrong with your Mail app’s preference list files, also termed.plist files. The problem is commonly fixed by locating these “PLIST” files and deleting them so you can know if this addresses the problem.
Why Does My Mail App Keep Opening On Mac Desktop
let me know if anyone needs to see log files or settings that i have configured in mail.
Why Does The Mail App Keep Popping Up On My Mac
You both might need to check in Time & Date settings in the control panel and check your Time zone settings and (this is usually the main problem) go to the settings app and turn off Location for mail and calendar. Gmail keeps shutting down the second I try to open it. This has been happening for the past few days. I get notifications of new mail but the app won't stay open long enough for me to even see my mail. Really need help here. It's happening with all my Android devices. What's going on?
Thanks in advance 🙂
